In relevant to our mission statement "Best company to work at", ip.labs employees are regularly offered a large number of in-house training courses in 2018.
Mr. Hoff from TMI offered all our employees the opportunity to participate in professional moderation, communication and self-organization workshops. All workshops were held internally within our company with a full day duration. Lately, the workshops of communication consisted of two modules, initially about learning the basics and then the presentation phase where employees could apply their learnings through practical exercises.
During the individual workshops, self-assessment tests took place aligned with practical exercises and examples.
